- Your guided tour will be led by one of our Cheat Day specialists who will walk you through all of the exhibits and installations. They may even help you capture that perfect Instagram moment.- Due to storage restrictions please leave all bulky and heavy items such as bags and strollers you the car or at home.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone at our staff's discretion.

What Time Do I Need To Arrive For My Timed Ticket?
Arrive 15 minutes before the time slot you purchased. Example: If you’re holding a ticket for 3:30 p.m., arrive before 3:15 p.m., otherwise you will miss your chance of getting in on all the fun.
Nothing against latecomers, but time slots are going fast. If you don’t commit to being there on time, your ticket will no longer be valid.
Tickets Are Sold Out - How Can I Visit?
Unfortunately, tickets won’t be available at the door. But don’t sweat! Unless you’re putting in some extra workout for the big cheat day, of course.

Do You Accept Cash?
We do not accept cash at Cheat Day Land! For all your ticket needs, you may use your credit or debit card online.
Can I Return Or Exchange Merchandise?
Just like the fun you will be experiencing at the event, everything you purchase at Cheat Day Land is yours and yours alone. No exchanges or returns available.
How Long Is The Cheat Day Land Experience?
Just like a good workout session, about 60-90 minutes.
What Should I Bring?
Ticket and photo ID, of course. Leave all bulky and heavy items such as bags and strollers home, and don’t forget your phones and cameras.
How Should I Dress?
Comfortably, of course. And as colorful and fun as possible!
Bring a mask for entry.

How Much Is The Cost Of Admission?
General Admission - Adults - $25
General Admission - Youth (4-11yrs) - $15
Children age 4 and under - FREE *must reserve a ticket

Is There Any Food Samples Available With The Purchase Of My Ticket?
As part of your experience, you will be offered a complementary ChEAT Day sample at the end of your tour. We have different sponsors on a daily basis. The samples will vary. Follow us on IG to keep up with the shout out to our sponsors.
Do I Need To Print My Ticket?
Here at Cheat Day Land, we like things paperless. So we prefer that you bring your phone to show your ticket at the entrance along a valid ID. However, if you prefer to print it, that works, too.
What Is The Refund Policy?
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
There are no refunds and we do not accept tickets bought from a 3rd party.
Ticket date exchanges are possible, follow the link on your ticket confirmation.
One ID must match one person in your party. Adults need to present IDs.
Drunk/Intoxicated and Late Show are considered NO SHOW. Therefore, Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Is Photography Permitted At Cheat Day Land?
Photographs are not only permitted they are encouraged! And remember to tag #CheatDayLand when you share your photos and videos online!
